Private upload form for the African Pathology Image Registry. Add cytology, histology, gross pathology, and case-of-the-week records with images, PDF files, diagnosis, and optional clinical or microscopy notes.

New APIR Case

Required fields are marked with *. Images and PDF are optional, but recommended.

Suggested: APIR-CY, APIR-HI, APIR-GR, or APIR-CW.
Upload up to 10 images. Phone-through-microscope, phone-from-screen, gross images, and other pathology images are acceptable for MVP purposes.
Optional supporting PDF. Can be public, private, restricted, or none.
Turn this off if you want to keep the case in PocketBase but hide it from the public page.
Login first, then submit a case.
